Retirement – Bill Foster

The time has come…..after 25 years of many different hats of service to the Village of Newark Valley, that we say farewell, au revoir, sayonara, bye-bye, adios, good-bye, bon voyage, cheerio, adieu, see you later, to our co-worker and friend Bill Foster. Bill’s service with the Village began in 1997 as a Village Trustee
and evolved into Public Works
