We can now accept payments for your Water and Solid Waste/Recycling bills electronically.

• You will need to fill out the Authorization form, choose either the 10^th or the 25^th for the withdrawal date, sign, and include a void check or verification of account letter from your financial institution.
• We will debit your account, on the 10^th or the 25^th day of each billing quarter, (March, June, Sept, and Dec.) for the full amount due at that time.
• If the 10^th or the 25^th falls on a holiday or non-banking date, your payment will be withdrawn on the next bank business day.
• You will still receive your regular bill through the mail/email so you will know how much the payment will be before it is withdrawn.
• There is no cost to you, or the village, for this service.
• If you are interested in direct debit, please print and fill out the Authorization form and return it to the Village Office with appropriate bank account documentation. Authorization forms are also available in our office if you do not have the ability to print.
• Upon return of the correctly completed and signed authorization form and account documentation, we will begin the direct debit on the next quarterly date specified above.
