Small Business Emergency Relief 0% Loan Program

Owego- The Tioga County Industrial Development Agency (TCIDA) has announced a 0% loan program for Tioga County small businesses that have been impacted by Tropical Storm Lee.
Potential borrowers must make a one page application to the TCIDA. Loan amounts will not exceed $10,000 and the loan will be unsecured. The term of the loan will be three (3) years. Loan payments may be deferred for three (3) months. There will be no application fees associated with the program. Funds may be used for the purchase of electrical/mechanical equipment and/or labor related to replacement/service to electrical/mechanical systems.
