Water Distribution System Work
September 17th, 2010The contractors will be working on replacement of the water main on Rock Street, Clinton Street and Silk Street. Water will be shut off when working on service lines. If there is a leak in your service line, you will be notified. They will also be going back to connect service lines on streets previously worked on causing small interruptions in service.
If your water is discolored after the water is turned back on, open a water tap and let the water run until it is clear. Do not wash clothes while the water is turbid.
