NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Newark Valley will receive sealed bids until 12:00 noon on April 9th, 2013, for a commercial electric energy supplier for the following service addresses:
- Main & Rock
- Near 9 Spring Street
- 9 Park Street
- Near 109 Whig
- Off Spring Street
- Street lighting SC2
- Street lighting SC3
All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and marked “Sealed bid for Electric Energy Supplier” or “Sealed bid for ESCO” addressed to the Village of Newark Valley, and delivered to the Village Clerk’s Office at 9 Park Street at the rear of the building, or mailed to the Village of Newark Valley, P.O. Box 398, Newark Valley, New York 13811.
All Bids received will be opened and read at the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, held on Tuesday, April 9th 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Noble Room of the Municipal Building, 9 Park Street, Newark Valley, New York 13811.
The Village of Newark Valley Board of Trustees has the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
