You are cordially invited to an information session on Thursday, July 17th regarding Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE). Joseph del Sindaco from the Energy Improvement Corporation will explain this program and how it can help local municipalities, businesses, and financial institutions make energy improvements more economical.

The session will take place from 1:00-3:00 PM on the 18th floor of the Binghamton State Office Building, 44 Hawley Street, Binghamton. We’re hoping you can attend and ask that you extend this invitation to anyone else who may be interested in this initiative.

PACE provides long term, low interest loans for renewable and energy efficiency and conservation projects that can be paid back on tax bills and transferred to new owners when properties are sold.
