PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the Village of Newark Valley invites contractors to submit sealed bids for the Whig Street Sidewalk Project until 10:00AM April 5, 2017. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM. at 9 Park St. Newark Valley NY.
Bidding and Contract documents may be examined on or after March 13th at the following locations:

Associated Building Contractors of the Triple Cities, Inc. 15 Belden St. Binghamton, NY 13903
Copies of Bidding and Contract documents may be obtained at the Village of Newark Valley office, 9 Park St. Newark Valley, NY. $30.00 deposit is required, checks made payable to the Village of Newark Valley. If mailing is required there is a $10.00 non-refundable fee per set of plans.
