Hello all! The Village is looking for your help to finish the Lead and Copper Rule Improvement Pipe Inventory mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency.
August 8th, 2024We are required to submit a comprehensive pipe inventory for the entire village in October 2024, which is quickly approaching. We ask that you help us to accomplish this by providing your name, address, a clear picture of the service line where it enters the building, a picture of the scratch test, and the result of the magnet test to NewarkValleyPipeInventory@gmail.com. If you would like assistance call the office at 607-642-8686 or DPW at 607-642-8700. We can also schedule an appointment for DPW to come to your residence to take pictures and complete the scratch test. Thank you for your help!
