Clarification: We are asking for two pictures. Where possible, the first picture should include the place that the service comes through the wall along with the water meter in its entirety.

Note, there should be no insulation on the pipes for the picture. The second picture should be zoomed in picture of the scratch test. The scratch test should be between the wall and the first pipefitting.
