Celebrate BMX in Memory of Nick Wilson
at the Nike 6.0 Banksgiving Jam, October 10th
Newark Valley, NY – Oct. 7th, 2009– The Nicholas Wilson Memorial Park in Newark Valley, NY will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday, October 10th with the Nike 6.0 Banksgiving Jam. The approximate 8,000 square foot public park is built in memory of Nick Wilson, a local rider who died in Iraq while serving his country. Nick Wilson served as a Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class, EOD Mobile Unit and was a vital member of the Newark Valley BMX scene.
