NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on May 10, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Noble Room at the Municipal Building, 9 Park Street, Newark Valley, NY, for the purpose of Local Law #1-2011 for solid waste changes, immediately followed by a public hearing for State Environmental Quality Review for designation of Village Wellhead Protection Area.
