The Hooker Foundation is pleased to announce that it has set aside a fund to assist tax exempt organizations within Tioga County who have been affected by the flood.  The monies are limited to organizations which benefit the youth of Tioga County.  The awards must benefit the youth of Tioga County and will be limited to flood damage which is not covered by insurance or by FEMA monies.

Please email no later than October 24, 2011 the following to hookerfoundation@yahoo.com:  name of your organization; a statement confirming your tax exempt status; a statement on how your organization benefits the youth of Tioga County; a detailed listing of damage and cost of repair/replacement; the name, address, telephone and email contact information.  Please attach any supporting documentation, including IRS tax-exempt letter estimates for repair/replacement and photographs.  If you are unable to email the information, please mail information to P. O.
